ARS Design-Build, is a D.C. minority-owned design-build firm focusing on construction, engineering, architecture, and management solutions. Since 2009, our firm has completed projects ranging from $5,000 to $3,500,000 for government, commercial and residential clients. These projects consisted of small single-family rehab, office space renovations, design-build projects, building of a dog park, playgrounds, and rehabilitation of a local fire station.

In 2015, ARS graduated from the Turner University Construction School. Continuing with our success, ARS was accepted and graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Businesses Program in 2016. The program is a public- private partnership to unlock the growth and job-creation potential of small business owners.

Our team provides coordination services and supervises the construction process from the planning stages to design-build projects. Using this integrated approach, our design-build team eliminates errors, workload inefficiencies, and bridges the gaps between the engineers, architects, estimators, construction team, and back- office personnel.
